I have only gotten half way through the book so far and I have gotten some very helpful information. I really like the Q & A section and have skipped ahead to some of the meal plans and recipes which all look very doable and simple. I hope to put this into action soon and see myself at a healthy weight soon!

Makes me even more hungry but great planner

Ridiculous price tag for the info in this book. Really not useful to anyone who has a general sense of healthy eating. I thought it was going to be timing of certain foods throughout the day to fuel and nourish resulting in weight loss. Disappointed.
