About the Author

Logan Thompson was born and raised in Nashville, TN. After earning his MBA from Vanderbilt University, Logan pursued his passion for mindfulness by moving to a meditation center, where he lived and practiced for over two years. He then began teaching test prep for Manhattan Prep (he has a 99th percentile score on the SAT®, GMAT® and GRE®), where he still teaches. He is also an adjunct professor of mindfulness at Endicott College and a Master's student at Harvard University, studying Human Development and Psychology.

I have found this book very valuable. The concepts offered are applicable in my daily challenges in the work environment, and address the inner doubts we all have at times. It is an easy read, full of reassuring common sense. You will come away with a positive, can-do confidence!

Similar to Ron Swanson, I too will not publicly endorse a product unless I use it exclusively and I really believe in it.Until I was introduced to Logan's Mindfulness approach, my only official recommendations were Gorilla Tape, the original Squatty Potty®, and Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter.I strongly endorse this book, and highly recommend that anyone struggling with test anxiety read it.
